At Inosourcing, we have no requirement for project volume. We are happy serving our customer and we hanle products the same way whereever its a mass production or just a fiew samples.

How we proceed

Understand

Upon the first contact a customer engineer is assigned to the client. Through face to face, voice call meetings or email exchanges, The engineer will understant the client requirements: - Product specification. - Design. - Colors. - Quality. - Target price. - Qualifications.

Demand analysis

After understanding, the engineer will ascess the requirement and advise the client for any criticals, risks, or unconsistancies.

Supply analysis

A manufacturing analysis will be conducted by the engineer to setup the required manufacturing process, service level, technical requirement and qualifications.

Strategy development

Engineer will develop the working startegy that will be used to find a pool of solutions for customer ascessment.

Material and process selection

A pool of material and manufacturing processes that meet our requirement and initial qualification will be build and our management team will pick 3 of them for further audit and ascessment.

Contracting

After client approval, the purchase agreement and inspection specification will be setup between inosourcing and the client.

Product confirmation and sampling

Our auditing team will assess the chosen solution. Our management team based on the reports will pickup the right solution to start sampling and mockup.

Product qualification

Our engineering team will handle the design, sampling, and qualification phases. When we are satisfied with the progress the team will provide you with the qualification reports together with mockup or samples for your approval.

Supply management

Before and during production our team keep track of the critical supply inventory, schedule, progress, production rampup, testing, workflow, quality control, reporting,...

Final quality control

By the end of the production our final quality control team will inspect the goods and provide a report that will be sent to the client for approval.
